We stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room with Extra Bed, and it was spacious enough for three of us. The hotel staff were super friendly and efficiently handled our special requests, like providing an extra bed and kettles. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent selection, though a little more variety would be great!

During my stay, the shower head was broken, which was incredibly frustrating. The lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room made it inconvenient, especially in the morning. Additionally, we faced difficulty with the room key that didn't work for a while, causing us unnecessary stress after a long journey.

I stayed in a Family Room with my wife and kids for 1 night. It was spacious and comfy, which was great for all of us. Plus, the room was fresh and well-equipped, just what you'd expect from a conference hotel. The only downside was that the cleaning could've been better. we found the garbage wasn't picked up. Still, the surrounding area had lots of shopping and dining options, making it easy to enjoy our evening.

We were surprised by the parking charge of €13 for the underground parking, as it wasn’t mentioned at check-in.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me print tickets on my first stay. Definitely recommend trying the snack bar! I'll be back for a city break.
