No sockets on the bed, generally too few sockets, shower curtain is not up to date, bathroom was old-fashioned, industrial area location, underground parking expensive

The quiet location of the hotel.

The price for the breakfast was in my opinion much too high and therefore was out of the question for us.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were sufficient for 2 adults and a child. Clean top. We felt very comfortable

The breakfast would have been very expensive, but it is a 4 star hotel. The train connection is a small corner to walk, but doable!

Sparkling wine at the expense of the house for breakfast for Birthday. We did not expect. Breakfast was very, very rich :)). Room comfortable and great bathroom

Room was nice and adequate. Had everything you need. Very well located for trade fair visitors. Nice green and quiet. Would book again

Great location. Quick and easy by train from the airport. Short walk to the station. Short walk to the Messe. regular trains direct into the city centre. The hotel was also very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.Spotlessly clean. Good quality and wide choice of breakfast.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (unless you book a superior room) and nowhere to get tea or coffee unless you order through expensive room service. I like a cup of tea when I wake up in the morning so this is a big shame. Not a great deal to see or do in the immediate area as the hotel is in the middle of a commercial estate. I did, however, find a nice little trattoria and a supermarket within walking distance.

Fair value, would stay here again.

Some not so polite International guests, WiFi could be better.

The hotel was in an excellent location for us, just off the main motorway on the way past Munich on our home, an excellent not far off the route stop off.

The Hotel room was excelant value for mony, the bin in the main seating area had an empty food container and a few other small bits in. Attention to detail by the cleaning staff was missed here, but this small over sight didn't detract from the otherwise excellent cleanliness, we also did not complain as it did not feel right to do so over a trivial matter.

Very nice hotel

Wifi only in the lobby. When you're lucky on the first floor you still have some signal. On the second no signal at all. Staff not very friendly in my opinion. They will organise what you ask for, but they don't seem to enjoy.

A clean and efficient hotel, well positioned for access to central Munich.

The cost of breakfast was high and the bar area was a bit small.

I choose this hotel because of localisation close to the office I visited This is best choice for this reason as lots of multinational companies offices are located just a couple of steps from the hotel Comfortable room, very clean. WiFi in the lobby for free and good speed.

No water/tee/coffee in the room (for free) which should be a standard for 4* hotel and so high price. No free internet access in the room - as this is a business hotel it would be a "niece to have" 20E per one breakfast if you're taking just coffee and croissant is far too much (even if you eat more ;-)
